The Ottawa Police Service West Criminal Investigations Unit and Crime Stoppers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a theft and fraud.
On April 11th, 2019 the suspect entered the a library on Woodroffe Ave where he stole a phone, driver’s license, and debit card. He then went to a commercial shopping center, and a separate commercial business across the street where he made multiple purchases using the tap function.
